Convert plus plugin not working

Hi there.

I have several Convert Plus modal pop-ups on my website – gosolomarketing.com – that are linked to my Mailchimp account using the Connects-Mailchimp Add on. They are connected to different lists and were working fine last week but now appear to be non-functioning.

No matter what email addresses I try, I get an error notification that says “THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR REQUEST. Administrator has been notified already!”. I haven’t received any notifications within Wordpress or Mailchimp. Despite the error message, it appears that the email addresses are being captured as I can see them within the ‘Connects’ menu item screen, however there is nothing showing in Mailchimp and no opt-in email is generated (lists are double opt-in).

The theme and all plugins are up-to-date, and I have tried clearing the browser cache & cookies, but still getting the same error notification.

Any help gratefully received as I’m now tearing my hair out!

Would you mind providing your site’s admin login credentials?

For the meantime, please make sure the listing name matches to the listing you have in your Mailchimp account. I see similar issues and it’s because they renamed or deleted the listing in their account.

I did modify the names of the lists in Mailchimp last week, but the new names are showing up in the plugin so not sure how to get it to ‘reset’ if this is the problem.

Thanks, I can confirm that the listing assigned to your ConvertPlus are no longer existing. Please edit them and update the listing. Below is the screenshot comparing the old one versus the new campaign.

All working again now – thanks for your help! I hadn’t realised that the changes would impact this and couldn’t figure it out, but at least I’ll know for next time!
