hi there,

the convert plus plug in doesnt work anymore after updating the xtheme.

the plugin is up to date …

the xtheme as well.

it only affects visitors on desktop, on mobile it appears, but is not responisve anymore and behaves strangly.

why is that?

NEW INFO: it seems to work on firefox and explorer, at chrome it doesnt … thats confirmed in some cases

I’ve tested the latest version of X and ConvertPlus in my test site and there’s no issue on my end so right now, I’m sorry but I could not answer your question.

This could be caused by third party factors such as caching and third party plugins to name a few common causes. If you’re using a caching plugin, would you mind clearing all caches and then deactivate your caching plugin? Once done, clear your browser’s cache then check if the issue persist. Also test in private or incognito mode and other browsers.

If that doesn’t help, please test for a plugin conflict next. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

yes, probaply the chache, as i just updated it and could purche the cache, as the plugin is gone, but will wait until the “technician” is available again. it worked in private mode on my laptop, too.

… so, i purched the cache and the pop-up doesnt work at all anymore. not on any browser …

In that case, may I know the site’s URL that has this issue? And how do we trigger the pop up so we could compare it on other browsers.

Thanks, I checked and I see multiple errors originating fro minified and cache file. I can’t really trace the original cause. In that case, please deactivate all your cache and optimization plugin and we’ll check it again.

Or, please provide your admin login credentials in a secure note.

it is no longer working because you have implemented the trigger incorrect. Instead of using this one,

[cp_modal id = "cp_id_eeb2d"][button type="flat" shape="square" size="small" href="#Frontal-Zaubershow"][icon type="external-link-square"]Mehr Informationen[/button][/ cp_modal]

You should only be using this one:

[button type="flat" shape="square" size="small" href="#Frontal-Zaubershow" class="frontal"][icon type="external-link-square"]Mehr Informationen[/button]

And must edit your modal trigger into this:

You will need to do that way because you cannot use a button shortcode inside the launch with shortcode approach.

I went ahead and already edited all the modals and your page.
