Convert Plus - Only one pop up modal works

Hi Guys,

Totally stumped with this one.
I have one convertplus pop up modal working perfectly.
Added a second and it just doesn’t want to play.

• Wordpress and theme up to date
• PHP v7.2
• Memory limit >512
• Execution time inc to 300
• Turned debugger on to check for error - none to report
• No plugin conflict found

Any ideas would be awesome as on a deadline.

Hey Claire,

Please go to the settings of the Subcontractor modal then go to the Target Pages option and make sure to assign a page where the modal will be active because at the moment, it is not assigned to any that is why it is not showing up.

Hi Jade,

Thanks for getting back to me. This doesn’t resolve the problem.
The other page is also unassigned (but works fine) as it is not designed to automatically trigger.
The modal is designed as a manual display which triggers on css class.
If you click on the working form, you’ll see what I mean.

That is not true, the “Join the team” is designed to show up on sitewide (all pages)

This modal popup loads on all pages, maybe you don’t see this on your end because of cookies, try viewing your site on incognito mode/private mode to see what I’m saying.

I did go ahead and added the Contact page as the target page

It works now, but then again view it on incognito mode/private mode or clear your browser’s cookie first.

How do I set my browser to Incognito or Private mode?
