Hi, I was wondering if someone could please take a look at my site to see why convert plus is not working. I have upcoming promotions that I need to use convert plus for…it won’t let me use a templet for the modal pop-up and it won’t let me import one from another website - can you please help me?

It looks like there might be an issue with a plugin conflict. I would suggest you please troubleshoot the common issue with our guidelines. If it doesn’t work, I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site. Please give us staging server access in the secure note, including:
- WordPress Site URL & Login URL
- WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
