Thank you for the credentials but still not working, can you confirm that you put the correct email when you configure the notification? Can you check that email now, maybe there is just a delay?
I see that you have a Contact Form on your contact page, can you test that form if it’s sending email, this is to determine if the issue is with ConvertPlus or with your SMTP setting.
If you don’t receive the message from that contact form too, then please manually configure your SMTP manually, (you can follow this guide here).
You can also contact your hosting support to investigate why your site is not sending email, they have a better understanding if this is really an SMTP related issue.
