Convert Plus Module Not Closing

Hi!

A convert plus module on my page suddenly stopped working. It is supposed to close when the user enters an email address. Now the screen does nothing upon address submission.

Can you please help?

Thanks for writing in!

I have inspected your page and it seems that there is a JS error on the page.

This JS error could be caused by a custom JS (if you have added one) or by a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Please let us know how it goes.

Hello,

I removed all custom JS and deactivated every plugin except the ones for the forms and it still didn’t work.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Hey Laurie,

I have investigated the page and it turns out that your menu item links were causing the JS errors.

Please change your menu links into #Station-1 or #Station_1. All your custom links needs to be changed.
