Convert Plus Modal/Slide in does not trigger submission

Hello. I had recently written in concerning a convert plus modal and slide in that was not triggering submission or notification upon completion of the form. I received a reply to update X and Cornerstone and did so, but the slide in still will not work. I would have replied to the original but I can see it has been locked for reply. I’ve included a link below to the original topic.

Hi Adam,

Thanks for posting in! I have checked your site and I can see that you are using the latest version of Cornerstone (3.2.2) while using an older version of X (6.0.4). Please update X to the latest version because Cornerstone 3.2.2 does not fully support this version. X theme 6.2.2 is now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (https://theme.co/changelog/). After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Thank you for the help. I couldn’t see where the update was for the X theme; I could have solved this by following the same directions on the last post. I updated the theme and everything works perfectly.

Glad to hear that! Updates were first available through manual updates, you’ll have to manually download them in your dashboard and install them. Thanks!
