Hi. i want to make a popup video with classic card back button click, using class, but the wideo won’t show up. i watched the tutorial video too, but nothing works.

You mean you’re adding a video with in the flip card? I’m not sure if it’s doable, but, would you mind providing a sample URL that has this issue? And please provide your login credentials in a secure note.

Hello! thanks for the answer. I don’t want the video to show in the card, i just want it to open a popup player above the card when i click the button on the back of the card. but right now, when i click, the page jumps to the top and the player won’t open, atleast on desktop and on iphone.
I bumped in an other problem. it seems like i can’t edit one of my pages with cornerstone. (FOGLALÁS) could you check that out too plz?

To trigger your modal pop up, make sure that it is enabled for the entire site or at least enabled to display on a particular page and then you will have to insert a custom modal-popup-video to your button so that when the button is clicked, the modal popup will display.
And we also recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
You can add it before the line
/*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

You have applied the custom class to the card element. Regretfully it will be applied to the card element container and not to the back button. This is why nothing happens when you click on it. This is a limitation to the card element, you cannot add a custom classes to the buttons inside it. What you have in mind will not work because of this reason. You may need to re think and have a different approach or way of launching your video by simply using a simple button to avoid complication and issues such as what you are having now.

i did an other solution with classic creative CTA, but still doesn’t work. don’t tell me that i can’t do it with it eather. there must be a solution!!!

I checked your website and there seems to be a problem or conflict of some kind regarding the ConvertPlus.
I added a test page and enabled the smart launch in ConvertPlus and also enabled the video for all the website but with no result in the front end:
Maybe there is a plugin conflict somewhere. Please disable all plugins except ConvertPlus and test the case.
Also, I suggest that you test the case by adding one of the template pop up ConvertPlus items and see if the smart launch is working. Maybe the modal itself has a problem.

i deleted cookies on site and turned off cookies for modal popup video. looks like it solved the problem atleast for me. however after a few tries, it is not working again… could you check it for me plz?
edit: looks like videos are fine when i am not logged in as admin
also, could you plz tell me how i add class to v2 button plz? i’m sorry but support seems to be a little bit useless on this topic… edit: i’ve found the class for v2 button
Hi there,
As a recap, it’s not possible to attach the modal to the flip card since ConvertPlus only accept one class selector, and you have to do it in a button with a class option. Then you have to properly configure your modal popup, else it will not work. Having a cookie option will make your popup temporary hidden once you close it (creates an illusion that it’s not working since you been closing it).
The initial issue is the flip card which we answered and we also provided a recommendation for the button. The only thing we forgot to recommend is the cookie since we assume that you already configured it since you’re testing.
