Convert Plus Modal Pop Up

X Version: 7.2.3
Convert Plus: Version 3.5.15 (most recent)
WP: 5.5.3

I have one Modal that stopped appearing on the page after X Theme update. The others are fine. It’s set to manual display inline. I cannot get it to re-appear. I’ve tried on different pages, duplicating it and re-inserting it and adding into same or different sections. I have another inline modal on the same page that’s working fine.

There could be a plugin or custom code that affect your convert plus modal popup.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Hi Marc,
Thanks for the response. Since I had an existing modal working and all of the items we up to date I went ahead and duplicated the working modal, updated the content displayed and then used the manual inline placement. That worked.

All theme and plugins had been previously updated and this may have been when the other modal disappeared. Well, it’s fixed now so that’s the important part :slight_smile:
