Convert Plus Modal pop up with embedded gravity form closing on submission without displaying success message

I have a Convert Plus modal pop up on this page - https://lawdroid.com/copilot. It’s triggered by the ‘Get Early Access’ buttons. A Gravity Forms form is embedded in the modal. When the form is filled out and submitted, the modal closes (the success message is not displayed) and it is not obvious to the user that the form has been successfully submitted. In settings, I have deactivated the Close Custom Form setting.

If the modal would stay open, the gravity forms success message would display and the user would know that the form was successfully submitted. How do I keep the modal from closing after the form is submitted?

I have deactivated the Close Custom Form setting.

If deactivated, that is the setting that will keep the modal from closing after submitting the form. I’ve tried that on my site, and it works.

If the modal still closes even after deactivating the Close Custom Form setting, there’s most probably another plugin or custom code at play which regretfully we cannot provide support for.
