Convert Plus modal also appears in navbar and will not close

Hello,

I am using Integrity 8 theme here.

I want a Convert Plus modal popup (just displaying an image) to show when a user first logs in. This is working fine.

However, a tiny version of the modal popup is ALSO appearing below the menu in the left-hand side navbar column, and does not disappear even when the close image is clicked.

I only want the modal to appear in full designed size, and NOT in the navbar area as well (it looks like an obvious error to the users).

Is there CSS that I can enter which will suppress any modals from appearing in the navbar area?

Thank you,

Ivan

I tried showing it as inline. Didn’t work.

Now I can’t remove the inline modal. Even after I delete the modal from ConvertPlus and deactivate ConvertPlus, it is STILL showing up after cache clearing.

Help please…

Ivan

Hello Ivan,

Thanks for reaching out.

As you have removed the plugin I can’t see the popup model. Can you please install ConvertPlus again for us to take a closer look at the problem?

Thanks.

Hello Prasan,

I got it working exactly as I needed it, with one caveat:

On mobile, the popup covers the screen and the user cannot see all of it nor close it.

I’ve currently disabled it on mobile.

Is there a way to make the popup responsive, so that it can be smoothly viewed and closed on a mobile or tablet screen?

Warmest,

Ivan

Hi Ivan,

I still don’t see the popup, may I know how should I trigger it? I don’t see any modal below and left of the menu. Else, please provide your admin login credentials in the secure note and I’ll check. I’ll figure it out based on the trigger setting.

Thanks!
