Convert Plus Missing Instagram

However I contacted the Convert Plus Developers As mentioned in the above post and this was their reply:

The Instagram network added in Convert Plus latest version 3.2.2. Please contact your theme author and ask them to provide an update for Convert Plus. They might help you as we do not provide a direct update for the bundled theme users.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in.

I checked their changelog and the Instagram feature is added in 3.2.1, I’ll forward this for closer checking.

But just a note, we can’t release any versions without testing them. The latest version that you wish to update to has too many issues which we may need to check first.

Hi there,

Thank you for your amazingly quick response, noted testing is important, looking forward to any new improvements or suggestions. Herewith my creation with X-Theme http://boatshow.co.za you will note at the bottom of the page Instagram is there but not on the “Get Social With Us” Convert Plus Slide in.

Hi there,

I see that the update to Convert Plus 3.2.1 rolled out so I upgraded the plugin which indeed contained the Instagram option on the slide in module.

I inserted it eagerly and it appeared whoop whoop.

However if you put your Instagram handle in the Custom URL save and then click on the Icon Instagram on your website it opens a copy of your website instead of linking to your Instagram profile. :frowning:

In ConvertPlus Slide Instagram profile link box please add the complete profile URL. For ex https://www.instagram.com/instagram/

Please replace instagram in above URL with your Instagram profile.

Thank you for that I did add the custom URL hit the save button 3 times and then it worked. So all fixed up.
