Convert Plus Mailchimp problem

Hello,
I’m experiencing issues with my ConvertPlus Plugin with Connects Mailchimp plugin.
I properly installed the MailChimp Addon and was able to connect it with MailChimp, but then there was an issue with the syncing to MaiChimp. So I deleted the API Key and wanted to create and enter a new API Key, but now I can’t create a new Campaign.
I even reinstalled the Convert Plus plugin and created a new API key for my Mailchimp and used that but it says “i have no list” in my mailchimp when I have two and I can’t click on create Campaign button.
Can someone please take a look?

Hi Nik,

Please do the following first.

  • Ensure that you are fully up to date. WordPress, Theme, and Cornerstone (Version Compatibility)

  • Clear all the site caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. While you’re at it, please deactivate this caching feature while we tackle this issue.

  • Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
