Convert Plus + MailChimp = no lead email

Hello: I’ve read these two threads but I’m still struggling with perfecting the Convert Plus + MailChimp recipe.


Our modal works if it’s connected to the default convert plus list. But there is a “configuration error” when it’s connected to our MailChimp list. Can you please have a look?

The sign up form is on the homepage. And you should receive the opt in email from MailChimp (which directs to a download on the site) and

I’m also happy not to use ConvertPlus but there was a critical issue last year with the Email Forms addon where you couldn’t submit the email (X support suggested ConvertPlus) and it doesn’t look like it was resolved. Any update on that?

I like to test the configuration but it says the password is incorrect. Please provide the correct one and I’ll continue checking.

Hello @INcroatia,

Can we also have access to your MailChimp account? We need to check the field names. They might have different names or needed to be merge which might explain the error.

Hey @INcroatia,

Your list has another required field. Please uncheck it and test the form again. Or, you can create a new list with an Email field only.
