Convert Plus Issues Still Not Resolved

Hi,

Following on from this:

My issues are still there. Tried everything you suggested…

Any ideas?

Cheers

Hi Tom,

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your other thread and it seems you have changed your login credentials.
ERROR: Incorrect Username or Password 2 attempt(s) left

Could you please update your login credentials here in this thread, so that we can investigate your issue further.

Thanks!

Odd, can you try again with the same details please, I set the password again.

Hi Tom,

I like to check your listing in Mailchimp but it requires two-factor authentication. Please disable that for now.

And the request is 400 so it’s could be not related to Mailchimp too. Maybe the request is just being blocked by your host, so please deactivate any security feature for now while we’re testing.

Thanks!

Hi Rad,

I have disabled 2 Factor for Mailchimp. Not sure what the security feature could be? I have disabled cache plugin and cloudflare for now.

Cheers

Tom

Hi Tom,

Upon searching, the request won’t go through and returns 400 status. I checked and most of all ajax requests are affected. Could you try checking this and apply the “Same origin” policy? https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/e-p-form-builder-main-tab-save-infinite-loop-issue/48899/8

Thanks!

OK, I spoke to my hosting provider and they couldn’t find any issues:

Hosts.: the server error log is empty and as I know we don’t block outgoing requests.

Me: So I should ping it back to them?

Hosts.: yes, unfortunately there are no server related issues

Hi @tombo80,

I see, but could you try requesting to them to change the Referrer Policy to Same origin? I still see it differently and I like to check it with Same Origin.

Thanks!

OK they said they have done this now. Can you take a look please?

Hello @tombo80,

WP Ajax call still returns error 400.
Please check out this links and share it to your hosting provider for a possible solution.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

It has been batted back now, they are saying it is a Mailchimp issue… I added their note to the secure note.

Should i contact Mailchimp?

I feel like a ping pong ball…

Tom

Hi Tom,

I took some time to investigate this issue further. First I have disabled your security plugins (Anti-Malware Security and Brute-Force Firewall and Wordfence Security), then I have disabled your child theme and also I have tried updating your Pro theme and re-installed WordPress without any success.

Upon further testing, I found that you have this plugin Disable Admin-AJAX causing this issue. After disabling the plugin, your Convert Plus popup started to function again.

Here’s the response I’ve got in the console log, when testing the email form.
result: {"action":"message","email_status":true,"status":"success","message":"Thank you.","detailed_msg":"","url":"none"}

Thanks!
