Convert Plus is not maintaining the content after modal creation on this site

I have created these modals 3 times and after a save, review and return to Convert Plus to adjust them the source code content is gone. Very frustrating. Can you guys have a look at it for me?

I tried to access your site dashboard but the given login details are not working. Please recheck and send us again. I would suggest you troubleshoot a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

Sorry Prakash I will give you my secure details again. I opened it this morning and was able to see one variant source code, but not the other. And neither is appearing on the allocated test page. https://queenstreetmedical.com.au/build-blocks-wp-bakery/
Also, this site is a hybrid at present. We are using WP Bakery at present after a site migration to Pro. We are working on moving all pages to Cornerstone but it’s a matter of getting the budget approved to do so. We have the Header and footer in Cornerstone, the landing pages in Cornerstone.
And your colleagues advised updating the theme until we move all elements to Cornerstone.

I have checked your test page and found the Modal Popup is showing up. It might be the cache that is the reason behind your problem.

If you are still facing the issue, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

I followed as you suggested clearing Cornerstone cache, then viewing in incognito mode with the mobile version and still come up with nothing in the source content after I have saved it. Plesae can you ahve a deeper look at tis for us

Hi Phil,

I have checked it again, but I found the same result. It shows the Modal with the content as shown in the screenshot given in the previous post. I suggest you consult with a local developer who can inspect and investigate the issue specifically at your end only.
