Hi, our website has Convert Plus - we also run WPCharitable and wanted to install https://github.com/Charitable/Charitable-reCAPTCHA but it seems Convert Plus is interfering with the ability to push the button. How do I get in touch with the developers to see if they might be aware of any issues that would cause the buttons to stop being clickable when their plugin is activated, particularly with another plugin active that uses Google reCAPTCHA. From their code that they have some built-in support for Google reCAPTCHA with their plugin, but it appears that’s not playing nice with Charitable’s integration.

Despite Convert Plus being one of the bundled plugins, we cannot provide support if it conflicts with another third party plugin due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Kindly try to get in touch with the developer of the captcha plugin as it could be something they can check on their end.
