Convert plus - info bar pop up not appearing on web

Hey,

The info bar in our website stopped appearing. I’m not sure what is the reason for that.
What can I do to solve this?

Thanks for writing in.

May I know which URL has this issue? I checked your account and you have multiple sites. And for the meantime, please make sure you turn off the Cookie setting in Behavior > Repeat Control of your info bar’s setting.

There’s no infobar loaded in your page. I only see a modal in the source code but there’s no modal that popped up.

Would you mind giving us WordPress admin access in a secure note so we could check your setup?

Looks like there is no problem with ConvertPlus itself. I first checked your setup and you assigned your Info Bar to display only on the FNX page. I tried to find it in your pages and posts but search results return empty. I also manually looked for it but I could not find it. Maybe I missed it.

So, what I did to test is I enabled it sitewide and the Info Bar showed up.

I reverted to your original setup afterwards.

Please ensure your assignment is correct. If it does not work in your FNX page, please give us the exact URL. But before that, please try testing for a plugin conflict by deactivating all third party plugins. Also update ConvertPlus to the latest version.
