Convert Plus Hubspot Authentication Error

I’m trying to use Convert Plus and connect to HubSpot. I’ve generated the API key and input it but it doesn’t authenticate. I’ve generated, deleted and regenerated it to no success. Do you have any suggestions since this is a 3rd party connection?

Please take a look at following resource to integrate ConvertPlus and Hubspot and follow the steps mentioned in the same. As it’s a third party integration, providing support for the same falls outside the scope of support we can offer. If you have purchased addon for Hubspot from ConvertPlus, I suggest you to get in touch with plugin developer for more help.
