Convert Plus form submission

My site is dev2.verdenergia.org.

I want the submission from my Convert plus form (http://dev2.verdenergia.org/contact-us/) to be sent to (email removed) in addition to whatever is happening in the current setup (mailchimp integration). How can I do this?

Alright, so I have forms on these three pages:

http://dev2.verdenergia.org/verdenergia-internship-application/
http://dev2.verdenergia.org/participation-application/

All three are set up with convert plus.

There are applications. And I want that each time someone submits the copy of this application, that in addition to the current setup (where I get a copy on convert plus’s connects sections and I get contact information in mailchimp), I also get a copy of the submitted form mailed to (email removed). How can we make this happen?
