Convert plus form not working

I’m using convert plus as a simple email form to connect with Active Campaign. The form is just giving me dots when I put in an email.

When you click the button does it take you to the thank you page? That’s when it just hangs on the dots for me. However I’ve noticed that it only does that when I’m logged in. It works fine when I’m not logged in.
