Convert Plus doesn't work after updating to latest X and Cornerstone

Hello,

Convert Plus plug after updated to the latest versions of X (6.3.4) and Cornerstone (3.3.4) suddenly stopped working. I can still see the plugin, the settings and everything but it doesn’t work.

I did clear the cache, I disabled all caching plugins, I deactivated and then re-activated Convert Plus and the other plugins but still nothing.

Also everything is up to date.

Can you please help?

wordpress 4.9.8
x theme 6.3.4
cornerstone 3.3.4
convert plus 3.3.5

Hi Stergios,

Thanks for writing in! I have checked your basic server configurations and that seems to be fine.

  • PHP v7.1.22
  • PHP Max Script Execute Time 120
  • PHP Memory Limit 768MiB

Upon further checking, I see that you have about 35 active plugins. Could you please try deactivating your other 3rd party plugins and see if you’re experiencing a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved, then you need to activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin cause this issue.

If it is not related to plugin conflict, then you can also check to see whether you’re encountering any issue with your child theme customizations. To do that, you can activate your parent theme again and test.

Also I would suggest you to disable your caching plugins, while you’re testing.

Hi!

I guess it’s because of a plugin conflict.
I deactivated all the 3rd party plugins and the problem was gone.
Anyway, I restored my latest backup for now and I’ll try updating to the latest X version later.
