Convert Plus Destination Already Exists

Hello,

I am trying to install convert on one of my domains, but each time I try to install I receive a notice that the destination folder already exists. Do I just have to go delete the plugin folder via FTP, or is there more I need to do to fix this? Thanks in advance for the help!

Thanks for writing in!

You will need to login via FTP using software like Filezilla and under /wp-content/plugins/ delete Convert Plus folder. After that Navigate under WordPress dashboard and under Pro > Validation install ConvertPlus plugin. To get started with Filezilla, please take a look at following resource.
