Convert Plus causing conflict

I installed X yesterday and immediately had issues with the content preview not showing in the right hand pane. By process of elimination, I have worked out that it’s my Convert Plus plugin causing the issue! I have the most up-to-date versions of everything.

Please can you advise what to do?

It could be that ConvertPlus is triggering a javascript error or, the system can no longer handle active plugins at the same time. Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials on a secure note? I like to see this issue :slight_smile:

For the meantime, please try increasing your site’s memory limit to 256mb, please check this https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

I still cannot access it. Maybe only certain IP is allowed to access your site.

Or maybe do I have to edit my host file and direct it to an IP to view your site?

I really don’t know then. I don’t have any certain allowances for IPs - as far as I know, anyone can access it.

It doesn’t seem to be due to ConvertPlus, and it’s random. It may not load, or will be slow, and sometimes, loaded instantly. I do notice some javascript errors originating from MU Plugins. Could you try disabling them first and test it? You can do that by renaming the /wp-content/mu-plugins/ through FTP.

You can contact your hosting provider to learn how to do that. Usually, you can do that in cPanel if you don’t know FTP.
