Convert plus - cant update

I have the same issue and the same version 3.5.11 not updating to the latest 3.5.13.

I even tried to remove the plugin and re-enable it from the extensions manager. I still get the same error.

Thanks for reaching out.

The latest version we have on Convert Plus is 3.5.11, Please check the version compatibility page if the latest versions are already available.

We are currently testing our themes and plugins with the updated version of WordPress, theme and bundled plugins will be released after it has passed our test.

thanks for clarifying!
the thing is, that it produced confusion the way it is now. not only for me but more so for customers who want to update the plugin. you click on update and it looks like it works. when you come back you discover that the update did not succeed.
this is just not ideal. other plugins also do not behave like this. maybe you can make this more user friendly?
