Hello Michael,

Thanks for writing in! We could not replicate the issue in our local testing servers. This must be unique to your WP installation. Please go to X/Pro > Status. Copy the results and paste it in your next reply so that we can check your server details. If possible, kindly provide us your WP credentials so we can investigate further.

Regards.

Thank you!

Pls see secure note.

Hey Michael,

Are you getting that error simply by activating ConvertPlus or do you get that when doing a certain action?

I don’t see anything wrong with your setup so there could be something else causing the issue like a plugin conflict. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If that doesn’t help, please copy your live site to a staging server and give us the following info in a Secure Note.

  • Staging WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
  • Staging FTP details

The reason why I ask for this is so we avoid disrupting the operation of your live site. There’s also no risk of breaking your site during troubleshooting.

Thanks.

Thank you! I think we figured it out. One of the “connects” was disconnected and thus not passing the correct variables. This is fixed. However, while diagnosing this we did discovering that Convert Plus seems to conflict with MemberMouse plugin’s member upload feature. We are currently trying to figure out why.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for sharing the information. We would appreciate it if you share the result of your investigation about the plugin conflict.

Thank you.

I am having a problem activating convertplus on a brand new install with pro child theme.

Everything works perfect, until I try to “activate” convertplus, then i get a 500 server error. I activated contact form 7 plugin and white label with no problems.

Hi Amanda,

We’re sorry you’re having this issue. It would be best if you will open a new thread since this might be a different issue. For the mean time, try to reinstall convertplus. If the the issue persists after this, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If nothing helps, please open a new thread and then share your site URL and credentials inside a secure note.
