Convert Plus Add ons not available can't add Mailchimp

I have found an identical post topic but don’t seem to have the option of commenting on it even though I’m logged in so I have had to create this “new” topic. I have X and Convert Plus and have tried to add the Mailchimp Addon but the Add ons page is empty with no clickable options. I saw in the thread https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/convertplus-addons-option-empty-cannot-integrate-mailchimp/14037 that you can send me a plugin via secure note? If I upload this should it resolve the issue? (The idea of moving my entire site to another location temporarily in case it’s a server connection/firewall issue is laughable to me).

The ticket you are referring to is fairly old and was created in 2017. We suggest users not to comment on a ticket and most of the time it create lot of confusion which slows down the response time.

I checked the Addon section of ConvertPlus on my dev setup and it’s loading fine on my end. Please try out following:

• I checked your website and can see you are using Autoptimize plugin. Please clear the cache and see how it goes.
• Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
• We need to check the website it see if there’s any connection related issue. Please share website login details in secure note for us to take a closer look. If in case it’s a connection related problem then you will have to get in touch with the hosting provider for solution.
