Convert Plus 3.3.4 doesn't work

Hello

I have troubles with mi convert plus plug in (again, after crash mi site totally). It siimes doesn’t work anymore.

I use modal popups with manual display when the user clics a buton (launch with CCS class), but the popup doesn’t appear anymore. I tried in chrome and firefox.

Can you help me?

  1. Site’s URL that has this popup
  2. The specific location of the button
  3. Admin login credentials in a secure note in case we need to check the settings

It’s not crashing now but it just won’t pop? It could be due to cache so please clear your caches and deactivate them, and test it again for confirmation.

Thanks, but it’s hard to troubleshoot it. It’s too slow and there are too many redirects. And even by editing the post, it gives a 404 page.

And just now, the admin is completely down.

Perhaps, you could try testing for a plugin conflict? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

And please provide your FTP login credentials too just in case I need to check the logs.

Hi,

I don’t have any problem with admin. Today i just update Convert Plus fron 3.3.2, without any other changes in my website, because i was afraid to all problems i’m having with this plugin, so the only plugin change was this one.

I don’t have ftp login (or i don’t know what is that)

I have restored the 3.3.2 versión and it works properly.

I see, though, I’m still not sure what caused this as the investigation is incomplete. I could add this to our issue tracker and I can’t reproduce this on my installation either, or I’m not just sure how to trigger this issue. Let us know if the same issue occurs again.

I’ll wait for a new version. I’m sorry but i have more than 30 plugins and i can’t check 1 by 1 while my ecommerce is down, at least not without a big reason.
