Convert Plug pop-up expands and cuts off text

Hi there,
On my site https://oneworldtrekking.com, I have a popup configured to show on exit intent that works correctly, but when you select an item in it such as email or phone, expands and cuts off the text of the pop up. I was wondering if you could help me troubleshoot this.

Attached are screenshots of the issue. I have also reached out to Convert Plug a week ago but I haven’t received any response so hoping you can help me rectify this issue.

I just check your website and when I check the fields the popup is just working fine on my end. I suspect this could be a cache issue on your end. I suggest that you clear any 3rd party cache associated with your website and also clear your browser cache.
