The format of a purchase code is different and longer.

I checked your account and you already have 2 Pro licenses so I am not entirely sure how which licenses you want to convert.

We need your purchase code(X -theme) from themeforest .

The one you provided is not correct.

Please see screenshot on how to locate your purchase code.

Hi,

I purchased the X Theme on theme forest to test on kaos-coaching.com
When I was happy with the theme I decided to update to Pro which I did via theme.co and - before actually installing the Pro theme on kaos-coaching.de (I had not realized that I was still working with X; I had activated Pro but not installed it yet…) directly purchased the Pro theme on theme.co for my other website kaos-coaching.de
Both sites are supposed to have the same layout, this is why I need two licenses for the same theme.
Now I have two licenses of the wrong theme.

Hi Katrin,

Matt from the leadership team here.

I have reverted the license that you had converted from X to Pro, back to X. I have also cancelled the other Pro license and refunded you for it. As X is sold exclusively on ThemeForest, you’ll need to go ahead and purchase X from there. Then you’ll have 2 licenses for X, which is what I understand you wanted to achieve.
