Control Endless Looping Header Background Video

Hi There!

I’ve been looking at previous posts in your support forum with no luck, so I figured I’d reach out. I’ve added a background video in the header of the front page of my website and was wondering if there was a way for it to loop twice and then stop instead of endless looping.

Any and all suggestions are much appreciated!

Hey Katie,

The background video was designed to loop. There is no option to control it. It is possible with custom development but that would be outside the scope of our support. You’ll need to consult with a web developer.
