Content will not save, error messages

We have created a single long page in the pro theme. Several times throughout the build and right now the page cannot be saved. The workaround we had been using was to save the entire page as a template, create a new page, and put the template in. Also, WP-All in one migration is not able to create backups of the site now. We did not expect assistance with a third party plugin, but it may be helpful to know while investigating.

Please investigate this issue. We will provide login credentials and instructions in recreating the error in a private message. The plugins we are currently using are: All-in-One WP Migration, Classic Editor, Layerslider WP, and Wordfence Security.

In case if you are using WordPress version 5.5. WordPress upgrade can be the reason for this issue, we are currently testing our themes and plugins with the updated version of WordPress, theme and bundled plugins will be released after it has passed our test.
Please check the version compatibility page if the latest versions of plugins are already available.

I would suggest you downgrade the WordPress version of your website, till the updated version of the theme & plugin is released.

I have logged in and investigated the issue. I created a test page (see the secure note below). I was able to save all my edits in Pro Editor. I was wondering which page you have encountered the issue? By the way, can you update again the WP to 5.5 so that we can also check it?

I checked your setup and the page Latino Decisions Home seems corrupted, either it is edited outside of Pro content builder or the page is broken as I see the shortcodes output and Edit with Pro is not available for this page, which is available for your current homepage (see screenshots)

Since you’ve imported the page template and i tested your homepage and it works/saves fine (tried with minor changes and then reverted) so you can safely delete the corrupted page.

Thank you for your message. For the page Latino Decisions Home, the corruption of the page is the problem that we have, and it is ongoing. We have had to save a template and place into a new page several times, and then delete the corrupted page. We will be working on the page, and then suddenly it ceases to save and we employ the work around. Our concern is that it continues to break with edits, and we do not know why the page continues to get corrupted during build. The page has not been edited outside of the Pro content builder. In order to continue working on this site, we will need the pages to be stabilized and whatever underlying issue that is going on resolved. Thank you.
