Cornerstone will not allow me to see changes made in the back end to different elements (for instance, if I change font size) until I save and refresh the page.
X Theme is updated to 5.1.4, I haven’t installed any plugins yet.

I have logged in and I could not replicate the issue. I can edit the page in the builder in real time and without issue.

Kindly clear your browser cache or use private browsing mode and test your site again. Try using Chrome or MS Edge browser too.
