Content not displaying on mobil devices properly

Dear Support Team,

I launched my Website https://osteopathie-lechner.de some weeks ago and did some changes on my staging page https://staging.osteopathie-lechner.de/.
For some reason and I spent couple of hours now and really have no more idea it doesnt show up on mobil devices anymore (on staging).

Another issue but not the cause off the first problem I get an error message while loading page if I add the shorcode for easy appointments booking tool in widget (header 2).
I just removed it during testing but yet added it again as I hope you take a look and help me. I think the 2nd issue is also related to responsive behavior as I get the error on mobile devices only (yet)

Could you please help?

Thanks,
Marion

Hi Marion,

Thanks for reaching out.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  1. TESTING FOR THEME RELATED ISSUE
  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Note: The credentials you provided in your staging area is not working, please double-check the data.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

Thank you for your first answer. I set the credentials back to the one I provided. For some wired reason it wasn’t correct anymore.
Well the startpage should be looking like at the production site just with some more fixes.
Would you mind to take a look and let me know if you have an idea why the sliders doesnt showing up anymore. Thanks in advance

Yours,
Marion

please can someone just take a look? I bet its just a wrong checkbox but I have no more idea and so many changes cannot be pushed from staging as long as the Landingpage is not showing up

Hi Marion,

Can you please clarify, that where exactly you are having these issues, in staging or production?
If in production, I found that the sliders on the home page i.e https://osteopathie-lechner.de/ are working fine.
If it exists in the staging one, regretfully the staging URL is not accessible from multiple locations and the devices and it shows ERR_SSL_SERVER_CERT_BAD_FORMAT error.

Please let me know once it is available for access.

Thanks

the Certificate is the same as for production. Please just ignore the cert issue and add an exception and it will work fine

Hey Marion,

I tested your site in different mobile devices and the content is now loading fine on my end. Have you been able to fix the issue on your own? If you’re still having trouble then try clearing all caches including browser’s cache and check your site again.

Let us know how this goes!

Dear Support Team,

yes, I cannot really explain the cause but something with Revolution Slider was messed so I checked any item an image, textbox and setting and finally it worked.

Thanks for taking a look

We’re glad that you sorted it out.

Cheers!
