Content Modal Issue

Hello,

Two questions.

1. Is there a way to do a line break in the Content Modal with Text Setup? I tried to add a
   but it DID not work

2. Is there a way to put the “X” which closes the box when the modal is open INSIDE the box instead of either top/bottom left or right? We want it to be in the content. Is that possible?

Hi Randall,
Thanks for reaching out.

First of all, you can add the <br> tag for a newline in the Content Modal content section as described in the screenshot. If you have already done this, please let me know your site credential to examine it.

And regarding the cross or x button, there is no such option to put that inside the modal content box. What I can suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where the customization questions are answered.

Please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine the modal issue, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Admin URL
– Specific Page URL, where you are having the issue.
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Sorry for not being specific - I need to add a break in the TITLE (or the Text Overlay) BEFORE the Modal is clicked. If there is a way to do that as well as maybe a way to just link a regular text field to open the modal will that work?

Hi Randall,

I checked the site and found that you added Toggles width 600px. On responsive mode, it pushes one Toggle text under another Toggle. Kindly add Max Width instead of Width and make the Width auto.

What about putting line breaks In the text?

Hey Randall,

Regretfully, you can’t put a line break to the Toggle Text. What you can do, though a bit hacky, is squeeze the text so it wraps or breaks. You can do that by setting the Left and Right Text Margin of the Toggle.
