Content Modal Area Displays Error: TypeError: Cannot read property 'mega_menus' of undefined

So I installed UberMenu via X theme Extensions quite a long time ago. Today I added the Content Modal Area on the Cornerstone and there was an error: This element failed to render. Additional error information may be found in your browsers developer tools. and I looked at the console, I saw this "TypeError: Cannot read property ‘mega_menus’ of undefined at app.ad0155b.js:2"

I disabled all the plugins, deleted all my Mega Menu menus and cleared cache. I also went to the child theme to look for Mega Menu code. However, the errors still there. When I delete the Content Modal Area, the error is gone.

Additionally, I have tested another website with a Content Modal Area, it still works fine without any prompted errors.

I have added Content Area Modal element and found the issue in the Content Builder only. In frontend it is rendering the content properly. There might be some different reason behind your reason, I would like to suggest troubleshoot the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access in the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

As I mentioned above, I tried everything including cache cleared and disabled, all plugins disable and has the latest x theme pro. Child theme does not have custom code as well.

It seems like a new bug in the x theme code: https://gyazo.com/c76d476de97b5fc8aec7b5144e3b4338

window.csAppData.featureFlags.mega_menus, the featureFlags is undefined in the window.csAppData object so it throws the error.

I already attached the secure note above with the login details for staging site.

I suspect that this is a bug in the latest release. This has already been added to our issue tracker and will be looked into by our development team. I cannot make any promises relating to a fix at this stage. I will add a note to the tracker referencing your report though so our dev team can see there are multiple reports of the issue.
