The footer social, content, and menu are all set to on but hey are not showing.
elementor is the page builder that is being used on the pages.

You’re using a page template from Elementor. Please use our theme’s Blank No Container | Header Footer page template.
That will not solve the issue entirely though as Elementor prevents the footer to be displayed. Please ask Elementor support if there’s a setting doing that. If there’s none, please deactivate all third-party plugins to check if there’s a plugin preventing the footer to be displayed.
If those suggestions do not help, I’ll post this in our issue tracker for further investigation. However, please note that we do not guarantee a fix for plugin conflicts especially with third-party builders as we prioritize our own builders.
