Content in one section not displaying properly

It’s a little difficult to explain, so I’ll just attach a screenshot.

I can’t seem to figure out what’s happening here. I’ve compared the section, rows and columns with those that are working correctly. However, I must be missing something because I haven’t been able to figure this out.
