Content from Shortcodes not showing correctly

Hi.

Upgrading to X Theme 4.3.3 from 4.2.3, there have been issues where content echoes by shortcodes are showing up with different positions.

Ex. [shortcode 1] in Section 1 and [shortcode 2] in Section 2, which is intended to be structured as such, would show up as [shortcode 2] on top and [shortcode 1] on the bottom.

I’ve also had cases where content will show up outside the containers for those that use js scripts to built it’s containers.

This has caused massive UI problems.
