Content Dock Not Hiding

I have set up a mailchimp sign-up content dock on my home page, and set the display % to 50. However whenever the page laods, the content dock is partially showing immediately at page load.

How can i make it disappear completely until it hits the display %?

Hiding content dock after user scroll to a certain point of the screen is not a feature offered by the Content Dock plugin and X Theme. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this.
