Content Dock Not Disappearing on iPhone: too big on the screen to close it

Hi! I have a content dock element that displays on portfolio items. When reading items on mobile, the content dock pop up still appears and therefore blocks the page, because it is bigger than the screen and therefore cannot be closed.

I read this in ThemeCo docs and normally it should not appear on smaller displays.

Can you please share your website login credentials to investigate the Content Dock settings to recognize the problem at your end? I would request you provide login credentials for your site on a secure note, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
