Content Dock is not closing when submission button is clicked nor when x-close is clicked. It shifts slightly to the side when either are clicked and stays there. If page is reloaded, it pops right back up, even after information has been submitted in the form.
When code do I need to add. I have tried some of the options from the forum page but it looks like I am running a newer version then some. None of what I have tried works.

If it doesn’t work for you we need to check your settings. Please make sure you have not added any custom code that is overriding the theme and plugin style. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot common issue before we investigate your settings.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
