Content dock - Do not show again

Hey there,

I was wondering if there is a way to remove the ‘do not show again message’ in the module (or is that frowned upon)? Can the cross in the upper right corner not serve the same purpose?

Also: is there an updated way to translate the text (if it’s not removable)?

Hi Mark,

Thanks for reaching out.

The file responsible for that is \wp-content\plugins\tco-content-dock\views\site\content-dock.php. You can edit it through FTP or your hosting’s File Manager. And there, you can remove it or translate it.

Though, I’m not sure about this question

Please provide more clarification, or you saying close function should be removed? You can also remove that from that file.

Ah ok. Thanks for the info.

I was saying that the cross in the upper right, for closing the message, could serve the same purpose as the ‘do not show again’ message (as in, both do the same).

But this helps me enough, thanks

You’re most welcome! Unfortunately, the close icon can’t be the same with do not show message because there are different scripts at play.
