We launched this site for our client late last year and have had ongoing issues with the content doc.
The main problem is that once it’s closed it doesn’t stay closed. If it does stay closed, then it doesn’t stay closed on every page. No matter what we set the time limit to, how often we purge the cache, or test on different devices and browsers it doesn’t act predictably.
Can you help?

Have you played around with the "Do not show again" cookie timeout (%) option in content dock? It’s set to 1 day on that staging so it will come back after a day. Just double checking here. I was not able to get it to come back. Are you doing anything special with cookies from a plugin or something else like GDPR? The cookie name is below if that helps.

Yes, we played around with all the options. The client was the first to report the issue (late last year) and we were able to replicate it.
Since you are not having any of the issues we are experiencing, I will have our team and the client review again.
