Content change on page based on item selected - not sure what it's called!

Hi - I’m a few steps above a noob. I’ve built a bunch of websites through sheer determination and got decent results, but I’m totally a wysiwyg builder.

I’m trying to learn how to create a section that contains three columns that have static info in each and a single column below that contains data that is updated based on what is selected above…

What element(s) am I looking for?

The example at right shows what I am looking for with the difference being that their selectable items are on the right, not above.

1. The navigation position of the v2 Tab element is already added in our feature requests list. Once our development team add this feature, it will be updated and rolled out in the future update release cycle.

You can achieve it using third party WordPress plugins.
