Content change on button click

Hello,

I am trying to construct the follow within a row:

Possibly have two columns

Column1: 6 buttons stacked vertically
Column2: information depending on which button is clicked

How would I go about setting it up so the depending on which button is clicked in column1 the information changes in column2

Or is there an easier way to achieve this?
