Content Area strips parameters

We use want to embed a widget into our page using a Content Area. The code for the widget is below:

It also uses a small Javascript which we put into the page level JS.

The code works fine while logged in but when logged out e.g. in Chrome incognito mode, the parameters (data-key, data-partner, etc.) are stripped out of DIV on the generated page. This causes the widget to not render. If we use a Classic Raw Content block it works fine.

This appears to be a bug. Can you please confirm?

Thank you for writing in! Yes, we do receive a couple of reports related to this where a custom code does not render properly when the user is not login.

For now please put your codes on a RAW Content element.
