I am trying to use the Content Area Off Canvas Element in X Theme and the graphical options for the button are not showing as per the screenshot, any ideas why this is? All I want to do is put some text in the box as in the theme manual instead of the three lines.
I have tried a reinstall of X Theme.

Support answered this question for me and the answer is;
You are not seeing the advance options because it is turned OFF by default. To enable it, please go to X/Pro > Settings > Permissions > User Preferences and set the “Advanced Mode” to “Always ON”.
