Content Area Off Canvas - Scrolling issues

Hi guys,
Just want to report issue with Content Area Off Canvas. It doesn’t scroll when content height is bigger than the browser window. I tested with different layouts, settings, even adding global block and adding different z-index.

It works on mobile, but scrolling it is not as smooth as page itself.

When allow-body scroll is on, content behind it is scrolling but not the content on canvas.

Hello Rafal,

Thanks for writing in! I suspect that this is a bug in the latest release of the plugin. I’ve submitted this to our issue tracker so the developers will be made aware of it.

Please bear with us.

Hi @ruenel
I tested on previous version 4.1.5, then upgraded to 4.2.1 and same issue exist.

Thanks

Hello Rafal,

I have just added the issue in our issue tracker after we have release 4.2.1. A fix will not be available until the next update release will roll out.

Please watch out for it.

Hi, can you confirm if the issue has been addressed or released yet? This isn’t it right? - * Updated: Modal, Dropdown and Off Canvas based elements show the content controls before toggle controls in the Inspector

Hi Rafal,

Thanks for checking in!

I just check the issue tracker and our developers are still looking at it. Just check the changelog from time to time to check if the issue was already fixed.

Thank you.

Hi @rafalkukla,

I apologize this issue got miscategorized. This isn’t a bug in Pro. It’s a conflict with your Hubspot embed code. If you place your cursor barely to the left of the form and scroll you’ll see the off canvas content scrolls properly. The issue is that the HubSpot form uses an iframe with explicit dimensions and also disables scrolling. Regretfully, I’m not sure what would make it work with the iframe but if you put any other normal content (not inside an iframe) you should see scrolling work normally.
