The Off-Canvas element is not meant to be used as a full-screen feature and hacking it to have 100VH will not help as the positioning and the other aspect are calculated via Javascript and it will not work correctly. Even if you change the browser window size you will see more problems.
I do suggest that you think of other methods. You wither can use the Content Area Modal element, or consider using the ConvertPlus plugin.
